Laser Cutting

We develop solutions for the needs of every sector with laser cutting applications, that is one of the most used production processes in the manufacturing sector in the world. We can produce sheet metal and aluminum products in thicknesses between 1-15 mm by laser cutting and also laser marking on sheet materials. For all products used in different sectors, we provide burr-free, scratch-free surfaces within the relevant tolerances, quality workmanship and fast delivery.

Sheet Metal Bending

We cater to a wide range of customers with the Bending Service, which is widely used in the production of sheet metal products. We are able to bend sheet metal and aluminum products in thicknesses between 1-10 mm up to 3 m in length with CNC Bending Press. We provide professional bending service, quality workmanship and fast delivery according to the material type for the products on the technical drawings determined in accordance with the project.

Welding Operations

We cater to all manufacturing sectors with the welding operations used in the production of metal products and metal construction products. We can perform MIG/MAG and TIG Welding operations for steel, aluminum construction products. Our service quality is high due to we can provide the desired weld thickness fill, high density quality welding properties in product projecting. We provide welding operations with our expert personnel by planning the appropriate equipment and method for welding according to the project.

Machining

In line with the demands of the customers, we cater to all sectors in the application of machining methods in the production of intermediate and final products. Product whose material structure which type of steel, aluminium, brass etc, we can make machining in CNC Lathe and CNC Vertical Machining Center. We make machining by choosing suitable processes for the products determined in accordance with customer demands and projects. Precision machining is carried out in accordance with the tolerance tables in ISO 2768-1 and ISO 2768-2 standards. We provide services for the mass production of products in all metal-related sectors.
